Position Summary:

Responsible for GRN processing and verification of material inwards against PO, challan, and invoice. Ensures accurate and real-time inward and stock entries in Zoho, OTS, and Excel. Manages unbranded stock segregation and tracks job-work material issued to and received from decorators. Coordinates with decorators and internal teams to resolve shortages or discrepancies. Maintains inventory records, prepares daily/weekly reports, and ensures adherence to warehouse SOPs and FIFO/FEFO inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• ally GRN and verify material inwards for decorators against PO / challan / invoice.

• Coordinate with decorators for discrepancies or shortages

• Update inward entries in system like zoho, OTS and excel sheets.

• Manage Unbranded stock separately with clear identification

• Maintain stock and inward records in Zoho / company ERP

• Ensure real-time and error-free data entry

• Track JW material movement (issued to decorators and received back)

• Coordinate with purchase, production, dispatch, and finance teams

• Prepare daily / weekly stock and inward reports

• Follow warehouse SOPs and inventory control procedures like FIFO/FEFO.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Material Inward/inventory control/Tally/WMS/Basic software knowledge

• Education: A bachelors degree in any stream is preferred.

• Person should be a team player.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Quick learner and should adopt the new things faster.

• Language Preferred: English, Hindi or Kannada.
